I have many fond memories of your dad The one that sticks out most ( I do not know why) It is a story he told me about the thermostat. Someone had moved it, and he knew it was not he or Mary None of the kids would admit to moving it, so he lined you all up and had you reach up to see it you could reach it. If I remember correctly you all could so the consequences went out to you all.
At the time he laughed as he told it. I am sure it was not as funny in real time.
I too am currently working with the Sisters of St Josephs. It is a very honorable position to have. I am sure he will be missed by many May his soul have eternal rest.
