Obituary of LeeAnne Brighton

Brighton, LeeAnne In her 70th year LeeAnne passed away peacefully at home with her family by her side - after a long illness LeeAnne is now at peace. Predeceased by her parents Gord and Gloria (nee McIntyre) and her sister Julie. Survived by her siblings John, Sue (Chris), Barbie (John) and several nieces, nephew and great nephews. LeeAnne was a talented artist and graduated from Camberwell School of the Arts in London, England. She spent her life teaching her craft to many students at H.B. Beal Secondary School where she herself was an alumni - she loved her students and they admired and respected her. We would like to thank all the physicians and nurses that cared for LeeAnne over the past few years and most recently the Palliative Care Team (Dr. Ed Stack) for their compassion and care. LeeAnne was a kind, thoughtful and caring daughter, sister, aunt, teacher and friend. She will be missed by many. A private family service will be held at a later date. Anyone wishing to make a donation to LeeAnne's memory is asked to consider the London Humane Society or the London Food Bank.
