We are sad. We have lost a good friend.
LeeAnne was positive, exuberant, funny, generous, considerate, loyal, appreciative - especially of her caring family, energetic, tenacious, creative, thoughtful and kind.
As a gifted teacher she could bring out the best in her students, kindly redirecting, encouraging their ideas, and inspiring confidence. She never criticized, but was respectful and nonjudgmental.
LeeAnne was a highly talented artist, also an art collector, a gardener, an internet researcher par excellence. She had her own independent style. I shall miss our times together: our visits and our afternoon excursions when she dressed with flair, sporting her funky jewellery. We shall miss her sparkling personality and her love.
