Obituary of René Robert Karrer

Karrer At the Dearness Nursing Home on Wednesday, July 8th 2015, René Robert Karrer at the age of 88. Beloved husband and best friend of Margaret Karrer. Loving father of Suzanne Karrer. Proud grandfather of Kieran Belanger. Dear uncle of Susan White and her husband John of Ohio, Edgar Meyer and his wife Heidi, and Heidi and John Sauter of Zurich, Switzerland. Also, numerous extended MacDougall in-law family in Nova Scotia who also loved him dearly. At his request there will be no visitation or funeral service. Cremation has taken place. A sincere thank you to all the staff at the Dearness Home for their care and kindness during René's illness.
