McLennan, Mary Catherine (nee Bourdeau)

At South Huron Hospital on Friday, December 13, 2019 Catherine McLennan, of Grand Bend, formerly of London at the age of 70.  Loving wife of Chris McLennan for 51 years.  Loved mother of Mike McLennan and Shelley (Ryan) O'Neill.  Proud Grandma of Danielle, Colin and William McLennan, Emily and Shane O'Neill. Predeceased by her granddaughter Sara O'Neill.  Also predeceased by her parents Philip and Dorothy Bourdeau and brothers Philip, Bob, Mike and Richard Bourdeau.   Loved dearly by her extended family and her large circle of friends especially her 'Golden Girls'. 
Cathy worked at Canada Trust for most of her career where she met many of her lifelong friends. She then spent several years working for the Municipality of Bluewater until she retired.Special thanks to the caring and compassionate staff at South Huron Hospital Association.
Visitors will be received at John T. Donohue Funeral Home, 362 Waterloo Street at King Street, on Tuesday, December 17th  from 2-4 and 7-9 o'clock.  Funeral Mass will be held at St. Peter's Cathedral Basilica, 196 Dufferin Avenue, on Wednesday afternoon at 1 o'clock.  Interment in Sacred Heart in the Fields, Mt. Brydges on Wednesday afternoon at 2:45 . Donations to Pancreatic Cancer c/o Canadian Cancer Society would be appreciated.
