Obituary of Rocco Di Cicco

Di Cicco Rocco On Sunday September 22, 2019, Rocco Di Cicco in his 97th year surrounded by his family, passed way peacefully at Parkwood Hospital. Beloved husband of 68 years to the late Marta Di Cicco (2012). Dear father of Angelo (Filomena) and Antonio (Elena) Di Cicco of London. Proud Nonno of Tony (Maria), Rocco (Gabriella), Frank (Liliana), Marta (Joe) Viglianti, Roberto (Silvia) and Marco Di Cicco. Nonno Rocco was very proud of his great grandchildren, Serena, Jordan, Sofia, Adrian, Samantha, Julia, Victoria, Alexa, Viviana and Santino. Rocco is predeceased by his parents Giovanni-Battista and Filippa Di Cicco, father and mother in-law Giovanni and Maria LaMarra. Dear brother of Elisabetta (the late Benedetto) LaMarra of London, Michele (Antonietta) Di Cicco, Filippa (the late Giovanni Battista) Cuozzo and Francesca (Gino) Di Cicco of Valleluce, Italy. Brother in-law of Antonio (the late Filippa) LaMarra of London, Alessandro (Ann) LaMarra of England. Predeceased by his sister Angela and brother in-law Marino Palombo of Italy, brother Antonio Di Cicco of Italy, sister in-law Caterina and Harry Smithson of England, Nephews Lorenzo LaMarra and Carmelo LaMarra and Nieces Anna Palombo and Pasqualina Palombo. Rocco is also survived by many nieces and nephews in Canada, Italy, England and the United States. A special thank you to Dr. Frank Muia and the amazing staff at Parkwood Hospital for their care and compassion. Visitors will be received at John T. Donohue Funeral Home, 362 Waterloo Street at King Street on Thursday September 26th, 2019 from 7-9pm, prayers will be at 6:45 pm. Funeral Mass at St. Mary’s Church, 345 Lyle Street on Friday September 27, 2019 at 10:00 a.m. Entombment in Holy Family Mausoleum to follow at St Peter’s Cemetery. Donations to St. Mary’s Church Restoration Fund would be appreciated.
