Fred was a faithful and longstanding member of the Royal Canadian Military Institute in Toronto. He was his usual talkative, friendly and endearing self at the May 14th reception at the London Club for RCMI members in the London region. We at the Institute are sad to see him go and remember him very fondly. As one of the great generation who fought in WW2, we salute him and recognize his contribution to the freedom which we now have. RIP Fred. Thank for your dedication and service to Canada.
