Obituary of Duncan MacGregor

Duncan MacGregor It is with profound sadness, we the family, announce the passing of Duncan MacGregor on June 20, 2019 at age 88 after a courageous battle with cancer. Duncan has been reunited with his beloved wife Shirley (2008) and the Angels are playing their love song Blue Spanish Eyes while they glide across the Heavenly dance floor. He will be greatly missed by daughters Marie Cooper (Darren), Liz Timmins (Rob), son-in-law Joe Hleba, grand daughters Andria Jaczek (Peter) and Victoria Szymkowski (Paul). Also missed by great grand children Natalia, Matthew, Lucas and Nathan along with many extended family members and friends. Visitors will be received at John T. Donohue Funeral Home, 362 Waterloo Street at King Street, on Saturday afternoon, June 22, from 2-4 o'clock. A private family interment will occur at a later date. In Memory of Duncan, life long gardner, please plant your favorite flowers, tree or shrub. As Duncan would often say (to wish someone a long and healthy life) 'Lang may yer lum reek'.
