Kerekes, Irene Passed away quietly at the Village of Glendale Crossing on Thursday, June 13, 2019 Irene (Kovacs) Kerekes of London. Dear wife of the late Joseph John Kerekes. Loving mother of Rose-Marie (the late Louis) Ur (John Whiting) of Strathroy, John (Mary Karen) Kerekes of Woodslee, Sue (Emil) Zambo of Dorchester and Joanne (Denis) Duguay of Dowling. Cherished Nana of Terry (fiance Lisa), Michelle (Paul), Dana (the late Kevin) (Mike Venables), David (Caroline), Jason (Nancy), Stacey (Greg), and Jodee (Luc). Great Nana of Zachary, Zoie, Jacob, Ryan, Emma, Katie, Mitchell, Matthew, Jessica, Rylie and Stella. Dear sister of the late Margaret, the late Anne, the late Martin, Eleanor and John. A heart felt thank you to all the staff on Pond Mills floor at The Village of Glendale Crossing for their loving care and compassion of our mom. Visitors will be received at the John T. Donohue Funeral Home, 362 Waterloo Street, London on Monday, June 17th from 2-4 and 7-9 o’clock where a funeral service will be held on Tuesday, June 18th at 11 o’clock. Private family interment in Strathroy Cemetery. Prayers Monday evening at 6:30 o’clock. Donations to the Village of Glendale Crossing or to the Alzheimer Society would be appreciated.
