Norindr, Issara Unexpectedly at his residence on May 13th, 2019 at the age of 55. Beloved husband of Thong Kham Ousamne. Treasured father of Jasmine Norindr and Zachary Limsana. "We love you and you will always be in our hearts." Proud grandfather of Kyrie Sealouay Limsana. Issara will be greatly missed by his sister Sue Norindr. Visitors will be received at John T.
