On April 1, 2019 Mary G. Ducharme (Hoffman) 93, passed away peacefully at Parkwood Hospital. Loving wife of the late Regis Ducharme. Beloved mother of 10 children; Ken (Diane) Ducharme of Sarnia, John Ducharme of London, Reg Ducharme (Flora) of Lethbridge, AB, Lawrence (Madeline) Ducharme of London, Gerald Ducharme of Waterloo, Clair Ducharme of Calgary, AB, Leo (Debbie) Ducharme of Atlanta, GA, Rita Ducharme of Calgary, AB, Jim Ducharme (Donna) of Glencoe, Mary Rosichuk of Sherwood Park, AB and mother in heart of Richard Blake. Proud grandmother to 21 grandchildren and 20 greatgrandchildren. Dear sister of Doreen Ducharme of Sarnia, Sister Angela Theresa of The Pines in Chatham and Wilfred Hoffman of London. Predeceased by her sister Rose and seven brothers George, Leonard, Leo, Albert, Anthony, Joseph and Edgar. Mary will be missed by her brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, many nieces and nephews and their families. Mary was a member of St. Peter's Basilica for over 75 years, was an active member in the CWL for 70 plus years and a volunteer at Marion Villa and Mount Hope. Her family would like to express their thanks to the staff at Parkwood Hospital for the care and comfort provided to Mary during her stay. Visitors will be received at John T. Donohue Funeral Home, 362 Waterloo Street at King Street, on Thursday, April 4 from 2-4 and 7-9 o'clock. Prayers will be held at 7 o'clock. Funeral Mass will be held at St. Peter's Basilica, 196 Dufferin Avenue, on Friday, April 5 at 10 o'clock. Interment in St. Peter's Cemetery. Donations to St. Peter's Cathedral Basilica would be appreciated.
