Obituary of Barbara Therese Shales McKim

Shales McKim, Barbara Therese Peacefully in University Hospital on December 31st at 95 years of age. Beloved wife of Ken McKim and loved mother of Michael Shales (Beth) and Patty Shales Boles (John.) Cherished Grandmother of Laura Shales (Anthony), and Brent, Scott and Mark Boles. Beloved GG of Owen and Ryan Dileo. Especially loved "m.o.m." to Nan Rock, devoted Godmother to Leslie Smith and dear friend to Kathy Hall and caregiver Lisa Ilinets. She will be missed by her niece and nephews, step-children and extended family . Predeceased by her father Arvida Smith, mother Vera and brother Bill. Donations to the Lymphoma Society of Canada, in lieu of flowers would be appreciated. A private family service will be held at the John T. Donohue Funeral Home, Saturday January 5th, 2019.
