Domenico Ambrogio Peacefully at home on Christmas day December 25th, 2017, Domenico Ambrogio, loving husband of Maurina Ambrogio (late) in his 94th year. Beloved father of Anthony (Bridget), Clementina Meyer, and Michael Ambrogio, all of London. Dear grandfather of Mark, Patrick and Emily Ambrogio; Randy (Janice), Nicholas (Robin) and Ryan Meyer. Great grandfather to Ella, David, Aimee, Domenico, Maurina, Layla Rose and Kira Amelia. Dear brother of Caterina Minniti (Consolato, late) of Italy, Francesca Caravaggio (John, late), Fortunata (Angelo) Schiavone, and sister in law Maria Ambrogio (Stephano, late) all of London. 'Grandpa' was known for kindness, generosity and warmth, as well as his keen sense of humour. Visitors will be received at John T. Donohue Funeral Home, 362 Waterloo Street at King Street, on Friday December 29, from 2:00 to 4:00 PM and from 7:00 to 9:00 PM with prayers at 7:30 PM. Funeral Mass is at St. Francis - St. Martins Church, 45 Cathcart Street, at 10:30 AM Saturday December 30th. Donations to St. Francis - St. Martin Church, Childhood Cancer Canada Foundation, Heart and Stroke Foundation, or a charity of your choosing would be appreciated.
