Peacefully, on her own terms, surrounded by family, Jean Kelly (Marie Jeanne d'Arc née Lascelles) of London, formerly of Mount Brydges, Sarnia and Kincardine. Born December 31, 1930 at Corbeil, Ontario. Died December 17, 2017 at London Health Sciences Centre - Victoria Campus in her 87th year. Beloved wife of James J. Kelly for 61 years. Dear mother of Lynn (Paul Campbell) of Kincardine, Lois and Stephanie (David Heap) of London. Loved by grandchildren, Josh (Lauren), Jeremy (Kristen), Dana (Emily) Campbell and Arielle Vachon, and by great-grandchildren, Brayden, Aubrey, Rilyn, Weston and expected great-granddaughter baby Campbell. Predeceased by her parents David and Aurore Lascelles (Laporte), siblings Lea Everett, Art, David, Simone Savage, Rose Grindon, Ralph, Lorraine Ducharme and Henry. Survived by her brother Joe, and her sisters-in-law Simone, Jean and Joyce Lascelles. Sadly missed by her many nieces and nephews. Jean was a proud member of St. George's Roman Catholic Women's League (CWL) and happily baked for them for over 35 years. Visitation will be held on Wednesday December 20 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM and 7:00 - 9:00 PM at the John T. Donohue Funeral Home, 362 Waterloo Street at King Street. Visitation continues on Thursday morning at St. George Church, 1164 Commissioners Road W. from 10 AM until the time of the Funeral Mass at 11 AM. Livestream of the service may be viewed by visiting www.stgeorgelondon.ca. Jean will be interred with her green thumbs up in St. Peter's Cemetery on Thursday at 3 PM.
