It is with great sadness that I learn of the passing of your beloved wife Anne. Her path with Huntington Disease was not an easy one but your unwavering love, attention and commitment to her was beyond none. May you find comfort in knowing you did everything possible to care for Anne, despite the pain I know her disease progression caused you. She was so fortunate to have you as her life partner.
