Obituary of Domingos Jose Machado

MACHADO, Domingos Jose – Peacefully at home, surrounded by his family, on Sunday, November 27, 2016, Domingos Machado in his 51st year. Cherished son of Sofia and the late Alexandre Machado. Dear brother of Domingos Ferreira (Fernanda), Teresa Correia (Jose), Fatima Costa (Laurindo), Francisco (Wanda), Alice Da Costa (Antonio), Leonor, Alipio (Ines) and Eduardo (Sue). Domingos will be fondly remembered by his many nices, nephews, great-nices, great-newphews, extended family and friends. A special thank you to Dr. Jan Hoffman and the entire cardiac team at University Hospital, as well as the nurses from CCAC. Visitors will be received at John T. Donohue Funeral Home, 362 Waterloo Street at King Street, on Tuesday, November 29, 2016, from 2-4 and 7-9 pm. Funeral Mass at St. Michael's Church, 511 Cheapside Street, on Wednesday morning at 11 am. Cremation to follow. Prayers Tuesday at 4 pm. In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations to the Heart & Stroke Foundation.
