A&P has lost a legend.
Charlie we worked hard together and laughed hard together and there has never been anyone I enjoyed working with more than you.
Our days working dairy together were the best, we milked it for all it was worth.
I will miss you my old friend.

Charlie was a great individual whom I got to know well when he assisted me as an Assistant Scout Leader at Knox United Church. He was part of a great team that led to the 62nd. troop being named the best in the city, way back in 1968. Living on Tecumseh Ave. we frequently talked while he was out walking the dog and I cherished his friendship.
I know he will be missed by his family. It was always a pleasure to see him during his employment at A&P where he was always willing to assist the customer.

Wow. I am deeply saddened by the death of Charlie. He will forever be remembered as a great friend with an equally great sense of humour.
