Surrounded by his loving family on Tuesday, June 4, 2024 Giuseppe Gentile, peacefully passed away at St. Thomas Elgin General Hospital, at the age of 78.  Deeply missed by his loving wife Carmen of 53 years.  Beloved father of Rosemarie (George), Jennifer (Vittorio), Anthony (Michelle), Stefano (Marianne) and Cynthia (Rui).  Proud Nonno of Ashley, Matteo, Mario, Christiano, Vanessa, Gianluca, Decia, Giulia and Marco.  Beloved brother of Michele, Tonino and Carmela.  Predeceased by his parents Matteo and Maria Rosa and siblings Graziella, Paolino and Pierino.

Visitors will be received at John T. Donohue Funeral Home, 362 Waterloo Street at King Street, London on Sunday, June 9, 2024 from 3:00pm to 7:00pm.  Prayers at 3:30pm.  Funeral Mass will be held at St. Justin’s Church, 855 Jalna Blvd, London on Monday, June 10, 2024 at 11:00am.  Interment to follow at St. Peter’s Cemetery.  In lieu of flowers the family would appreciate a memorial tree to be planted in Giuseppe’s honor.
