Obituary of Mary Broome

Broome, Mary (nee Clarke)  

Peacefully at LHSC-University Hospital on Friday, January 26, 2024 Mary (nee Clarke) Broome, in her 93rd year. Beloved wife of the late William "Bill" Broome for 65 years. Proud mother of Michael (Maria), Terrance (Anne), Thomas Broome (Kyong-Hee) and Anne (Tim) Flynn. Loving grandmother of Adam, Amy (Mitch), Yuki and Billy. Dear sister in law of Dorothy Turow.  Predeceased by brothers Terrance (Bettie) and Peter and infant brother Francis Clarke.  "Aunt Judy" will be fondly remembered by her many nieces and nephews.  The family would like to thank all the PSW's for their professional care and kindness over the years and the community paramedics for their assistance in allowing mom to remain in her home.

Visitors will be received at John T. Donohue Funeral Home, 362 Waterloo Street at King Street on Friday, February 2, from 6-8 o'clock, where the funeral service will be held on Saturday morning at 11 o'clock.  Interment to follow in St. Peter's Cemetery. Donations to Sisters of the Precious Blood London or the Parkinson Society would be appreciated.
