Obituary of Salvatore Farrugia

FARRUGIA, SALVATORE

With saddened hearts, we announce the passing of Salvatore Farrugia at Victoria Hospital, London on Thursday, August 3, 2023, at the age of 92.  Loved father of Tanya, Miriam, Angelle (Jason) and John (Cindy).

Loving grandfather of Zachary, Matthew, Samarra, Avery, Holly, Marissa and Kayla. Survived by his siblings Jane Porter, Evelyn Busittill and Eddie Farrugia (Josie). He will be missed by his nieces and nephews Gina, Miriam, Susan, John, Brian, Ricky, Bob, Margarette, Michelle, Anna, George, Louise, Paul, John, Mary-Rose, Mabel, Brandy, Brenda, Judy, John, Noel.   Predeceased by his parents John and Carmela Farrugia and siblings Maria Darmanin, Jessie Lalonde, Peggy Borg, Frank Farrugia (Maria) and Steve Farrugia.

Visitors will be received at John T. Donohue Funeral Home, 362 Waterloo Street at King Street, on Tuesday, August 8 from 7-9pm.  Funeral Mass will be held at St. Mary’s Church, 345 Lyle Street on Wednesday, August 9 at 10am.   Interment at St. Peter’s Cemetery.  In lieu of flowers donations in memory of Salvatore to the Heart and Stroke Foundation would be appreciated by the family.
