1957 – 2023

Peacefully passed away in his 66^th year. Dear brother of Debbie (Brian) Conrad, Peter Bailey (2010) (Sue), Paul Bailey, and Vicki (Pat) Bayliss. Stephen will be missed by his nieces and nephews. Predeceased by parents Charles and Elaine Bailey.

Graveside Service will be held at St. Peter’s Cemetery, 806 Victoria Street, on Tuesday June 20, 2023, at 11 o’clock. In lieu of flowers donations in Stephen’s memory can be made to the Heart & Stroke Foundation.
