Passed away peacefully at Dearness Home on Tuesday, February 1, 2022 in her 102nd year. Beloved wife of the late Ignacy in 2001. Loving mother of Ursula (Douglas), Barbara (Mark) and Theresa. Cherished grandmother of Katherine, Caroline (Andre), Christopher, Sara, Matthew (Kelly) Rick (Erin) and Lindsay (Maciej) and great-grandmother of Marc, Madeline, Leo and Dimitri. She will be deeply missed by her family and friends. Genevieve was a member of the Ladies Rosary at St Hedwig’s Church in Oshawa for many years. A heartful thank-you is extended to the Oakdale angels for their compassion, kindness and care. A private Funeral Mass will take place at Our Lady of Czestochowa. Interment to follow at Resurrection Cemetery in Whitby. In lieu of flowers donations made to a charity of your choice would be greatly appreciated. Arrangements have been entrusted to John T. Donohue Funeral Home.
