Peacefully at her home on Friday, September 3, 2021, at the age of 65. Beloved daughter of Jean Kicks and the late Bruce Atkins. Dear sister of Bruce (Sherry) Atkins, Deborah (Roy) Thompson, Cathryn Girard (Bud), Jeanne (Vito) Campanale, Steve Atkins, and Tracey (Rob) Evans. Cherished partner and friend of the late Joe Rea for over 30 years. Cynthia leaves behind many nieces and nephews who will always remember her for her huge heart and great sense of humor.
