It is hard to know where to begin. You have been my big brother, friend and mentor for so long that it will be very difficult not to pick up the phone and just say Ciao, Come Stai Paolo? I was so used to speaking to you every week or so and now that will not happen any longer. Thank you Paolo for always being a great caro Fratello, for listening when I needed it and being available to help when it was asked.
Through the years we have spent many times together even vacationing in the sunny south and not only were you a great brother to me but also a wonderful Zio to Nicola and Maria Rosa. They loved it when I would tell them that Zio Paolo had made cheese and to come and get some. Especially le scamorze...You were a wonderful cheese maker.
We will miss you caro Fratello more than words can say and wish the God gives you peace and tranquilita...God Bless la famiglia, Felice, Nicola, Tony e Rosa and all the extended famiglia..Do not worry Paolo, we will be there for your family anytime they need us.
