Oh my dear friend, my heart is broken. You fought such a good battle but in the end it was too much. I take a small amount of comfort knowing you are no longer in pain, but now we are all faced with life without your presence in it. You brought so much to my life and I treasure our years of friendship. I will miss you terribly. To Ross, James, Emily and Megan, your loss must be so great. May you take comfort in knowing how loved you all were.
