I had the pleasure of working with Maria for many years. She trained me as a temp worker and eventually I became her supervisor. She was like a work mother for alot of us. She eventually nicknamed me "Mister" and my wife "Princess" and I nicknamed her " Miss Maria." She was also known as the reigning Queen of our work as she knew more about how to do anything involving her job than anyone else due to her years of experience and creativity. We went through the ups and downs of life together and it truly is bitter sweet to write this as I know she is truly at peace and back with her love. She was always proud of her children and grandchildren and loved cooking big family meals which I'm sure everyone enjoyed. It was a privilege to have known her and enjoyed our time together.
