Peacefully at home surrounded by family on Sunday, February 28, 2021 Tim Hazelwood, in his 64th year.  #1 husband and best friend of Sylvia for 41 years.  Loving father of Jason Hazelwood and Joseph Hazelwood.  Loved Papa of Jayden and Sophia Hazelwood. Beloved son of Maureen and the late Ted Hazelwood.  Dear brother of Robin (Dave) Prout, Eileen (Ron) Kleuskens, Peter (Jane) Hazelwood, and Simon (Amy) Hazelwood.  A private family service will be held at St. Peter's Cemetery.  A celebration of life will be held at a later date.  In lieu of flowers, donations to the London Regional Cancer Program, c/o LHSF.ca would be appreciated.   Condolences may be left at www.donohuefuneralhome.ca.
