Peacefully at LHSC Victoria Hospital on Thursday, February 11, 2021 Michael Patrick Smith in his 50th year. Beloved son of Frank and Linda Smith. Loving brother of Brian. Special uncle to Evan and Avery. Survived by many aunts, uncles, and cousins. A special thanks to all Michael’s staff and friends at Community Living London especially Catherine, Chris and Joey.
