Obituary of Georgina "Nina" Favalaro

FAVALARO, Georgina “Nina” (nee McDougall) November 12, 1936 – October 29, 2020 Georgina Anderson Robertson Favalaro (nee McDougall) in her 83rd year. Beloved wife of 40 years to Robert F. Favalaro. Cherished mother to sons Michael, Kevin, and Darrin Saucier and stepdaughters Karen (John) Bolt and Christina Favalaro. Survived by special granddaughter Cassondra Cole, 4 grandchildren and 2 great grandchildren. Survived by her siblings, Irene (Peter) Bell and David Porter of Grimsby, England. Fondly remembered by Diane and Neil Graham of Port Franks and many friends. Predeceased by her parents, George (Scotty) and Helen McDougall. Special thanks to the staff of LHSC C6-100 and C6-200 for all the exceptional care provided to Nina. Visitors are welcome to John T. Donohue Funeral Home, 362 Waterloo Street at King Street, on Monday, November 2, 2020 from 6:00pm- 7:00pm with a Funeral Service to follow at 7:00pm in the John T. Donohue Funeral Home Chapel. Due to COVID-19 restrictions as per the Bereavement Authority of Ontario a limited number of people are able to attend the visitation and service.
