Obituary of Marjorie Lewicki-Bennett

Lewicki Bennett, Marjorie Suddenly on September 21, 2020 at St. Thomas Elgin General Hospital in her 89th year. Predeceased by her loving husband John Bennett. Loving mother of Nancy Leslie (Ross), Merle and Laura Campbell and stepmother to Colin, Hugh, and John Bennett. Predeceased by her infant daughters Lynne Patricia and Janice Marie, daughters Jennifer Leeson (Jack), Paula Cassin (Deb Gallagher). Adoring grandmother to Emily Leslie (Diego Montoya) and James Leslie (Jennifer Watt) and step grandmother to Megan Leslie (Brendan Haley). Dear aunt to many nieces and nephews. Marjorie was a member of the Catholic’s Woman League for many years and in the past enjoyed playing bridge and golfing. Visitors are welcome to John T. Donohue Funeral Home, 362 Waterloo Street, on Wednesday, September 30, 2020 from 6-6:45pm and 7-8pm. Prayers at 7pm. Funeral Mass will be held at St. George Parish, 1164 Commissioners Rd W, Byron, on Thursday, October 1, 2020 at 10am. Interment to follow at St. Peters Cemetery. Due to COVID-19 restrictions as per the Bereavement Authority of Ontario a limited number of people are able to attend each visitation and service.
