Obituary of Shirley Eileen Sullivan

Sullivan, Shirley (nee Conners) It is with great sadness that we announce Shirley Eileen Sullivan passed away peacefully at home in her 90th year with family by her side. Beloved wife of the late Gregory John Sullivan. Loving mother of Donna Srnicek (Paul), David Sullivan (Julie), Stephen Sullivan, Kathryn Grover (Steve). Mother-in-law to Sara Sullivan. Predeceased by her children Deborah and Jamie Sullivan. Grandmother of Jessica (Caley), Emily (Justin), Christopher (Bridget), Katie (Justin), Patrick, Carley (Brian), Madelaine, Nic, Nick, Ryan, and Mathew. Great Grandmother of Jayden, Hazel, Caden, Ella, Zoe, Cooper and Carter. We say goodbye to Shirley who was full of charisma and life. She was brave and strong. We celebrate Shirley who fought with dignity in her illness. As her soul reaches the heavens, we pray that she finds serenity and peace. Her love was unconditional, and we will miss her always. Forever in our hearts. We would like to thank Dr. Anita Singh and the Palliative team at the London Regional Cancer Program. A special thank you to the staff at Royalcliffe Retirement Residence, PSW’s (VON) for their wonderful care and to all her many friends and acquaintances that touched her life. In lieu of flowers, donations in Shirley’s memory can be made to the London Regional Cancer Program c/o London Health Sciences Centre or Ronald McDonald House Charities. Due to COVID 19 restrictions a private family visitation followed by a private Funeral Mass will be held at St. George Parish with interment at St. Peter's Cemetery at a later date.
