Roy has been a superb and friendly neighbor of mine since Sept 2002. Knowledgeable in many things. Always warm and respectful of others. He will be missed for certain however what is our loss is heaven's gain. I extend my deepest sympathies to his family at his passing. Brian Hurdle, 247 Elgin St.
