Dear Kim and boys, I was shocked when I opened the obit to see your Mom, my long time friend had passed. I am so very sorry. Mable and I connected immediately when I started working at Bell Canada. We had many laughs together and I had the pleasure of meeting Pete and all their wonderful kids. I know she will always be smiling down from heaven and watching over her children and grandchildren. She will be missed. God bless Mable, her family and friends and those lives that were touched by this wonderful women. Love Susan

My memories of Mabel go back as far as I can remember. She has been a dear dear friend to my Mother, Dora (and Dad also) since before I was even born. She was a giving, loving and kind woman who always thought about others first. I am glad to have had Mabel in my life and will miss seeing her smiling face. I have fond memories of times spent with Mabel, Mom, Bev, Phyllis and others and will cherish those memories forever. I send my love to her kids and grandkids. I am sure you will hold onto your memories of that wonderful lady.

Dear Kim & Family, Mabel had such a gift for making you feel like you were special and that she was honoured to see you. She was a dear sweet gentle soul. I will miss our occasional get togethers, with her smiles, her hugs and her warm sense of humour. Beyond words, Mabel IS a very special person and we all feel honoured to have known her and we are all better people because we were able to call her our "friend". She was a blessing in our lives.
