Theresa Ravanello-Wharton & Paul-Raymond Wharton posted a condolence
Thursday, September 19, 2013
Our deepest condolences & heartfelt sympathy on the sad loss of dear Ken. Both of us have had the honour & joy knowing him over these many years. Theresa 50 years ago as founding Principal of St Thomas More & myself as one of the early Separate School Provincial Inspectors as well as through OCSOA membership. Death of a loved one is never easy, but there should be some Joy too: Ken's Spirit is now at rest with his Maker, but his kind & gentle Spirit also lives on in you his devoted family, his many friends & colleagues, & especially all those many students & teachers, whose lives he touched during his long, fruitful, sensitive and meaningful life here on this earth. In the words of St Paul: Ken has run the course, he has finished the race & he has reaped his reward! Requiescat in Pace! May God's "Amazing Race" be with you all during the difficult days ahead. Love, Hugs & Blessings. Theresa Ravanello-Wharton (former Chief Social Worker MSSB) & Paul-Raymond Wharton (former Asst. Director of Education MSSB).

Our deepest condolences from the Crossan and O'Brien clans. Growing up on Queen Anne with the Regan clan was nothing short of magical. Our parents were a force of nature to be sure. The character and wisdom they displayed and imparted to all of us was profound. Ken's leadership, eloquence and musicality rippled through the family and reverberated through the community. We are grateful to have known him and mourn the loss of this pillar in our lives and community.
