Dear Moirs,
We are so sorry to hear about your Mom’s passing. She was always so kind and thoughtful. We often saw her walking and loved to offer a wave—her warm presence was a bright spot in our days.
When the kids were younger, they were so shy, but she had a way of putting them at ease. Offering a yummy cookie always seemed to bring a smile to their faces. And at Christmas, she always outdid herself with her thoughtful gifts—the kids cherished those moments, and so did we.
Please know we’re keeping you in our thoughts and sending love during this difficult time.

To my cousins the Moir’s
I have so many fond memories, but I will share only two.
I am so grateful that Sr. Thecla and I decided in later years to celebrate Aunt Mary’s birthday, and Halloween, dressing up and surprisingly her on her birthday with our trick or treats! I enjoyed all the fun things we did, laughing all the while at ourselves!
And later as her memory failed, on a visit to the nursing home, she asking me who I was, and then noticing Dale and calling him by name.
