Suddenly at LHSC University Hospital it is with great sadness we announce the death of Mary Margaret Howard in her 81st year on February 28, 2023.  Loving sister of late Kenny (Elizabeth), John (Celine), Michael (Barbara), late Pete (Mary Lou), Lawrie (Christine) and Ed (Linda).  Auntie M&M was the adored aunt of 22 nieces and nephews and their families.  Mary Margaret will be fondly remembered and missed by her close and strong circle of friends.  Mary Margaret will be remembered for her great love of earth, storytelling (alter ego Gaimma), wisdom, sense of humour, kindness, and her capacity to be inclusive to all. MM was dearly loved and supported by Bhuvana Praveen and her family, and Neil Finnegan, who were members of her larger Gartshore family. She was a faithful friend to all the local businesses in her Wortley Road neighbourhood who are already experiencing her absence. Visitors will be received at John T. Donohue Funeral Home, 362 Waterloo Street at King Street, on Thurdsay, March 2 from 2-4 o'clock, where the funeral service will be held on Friday morning, March 3 at 11 o'clock.
