Losing a parent is never easy and even after a long life and lengthy illness, it is still painful to cope with the gaping hole at the head of the family. We never knew your Mum, other than through your stories about her, both recently as she declined, and especially as the queen of an all male castle! Everything I've learned about the sons reflects the kindness, honesty and generosity of their mother and her life well lived.
