Obituary of Marion Cortese

After a brief illness at Parkwood Hospital on Friday, October 21, 2011, Marion Patricia Cortese (Dwyer) in her 90th year. Beloved wife of Ernest "Bud" Cortese. Loving mother of Richard Cortese and his wife Janis of Oakville and Robert Cortese and his wife Deborah Boyce of London. Dear grandmother of Christopher, Karen and Michael. Dear sister of John (Betty) and Richard Dwyer. Predeceased by her sister Dorothy Bundy. Marion will be fondly remembered by her many nieces, nephews and cousins. Visitors will be received at the John T. Donohue Funeral Home, 362 Waterloo Street, London on Monday, October 24 from 2-4 and 7-9 o'clock. Funeral Mass will be held at St. Martin of Tours Church, 46 Cathcart Street on Tuesday morning at 10 o'clock. Prayers Monday afternoon at 3 o'clock. Interment in St. Peter's Cemetery. Donations to the National Pancreatic Cancer Canada Foundation or to Parkwood Hospital would be appreciated.
