Obituary of Eileen Morris

Morris, Eileen - peacefully in her 96th year on July 5, 2015, Eileen went home to join her beloved husband, Fred (1997) in heaven. Loving mother of Sandra, Paul (Pam), Chris (Eun Kyung), and Mike (Val). She will be missed by her grandchildren Katie (Dan) Kelly, Anne Marie Chlorakos, Karen (Todd) Walter, Tom (Kim) Mitchell, Jocelyn (Richard) Morris, Kevin Morris, Matthew Morris and Eric Morris, and by her great-grandchildren Jeff, Theresa, John, Alex, Ethan, Jack, Caleb, Kyra, Callum, and Griffin. Predeceased by her parents James & Anne Marie Roberts, brothers Bill, John, and Len, and sister Betty. Also predeceased by son-in-law Brian Mitchell (2012) and her grandson-in-law Peter Chlorakos (2013). Also survived by several nieces & a nephew. Eileen was born Aug 24, 1919 in Wales, married Fred in London, England on August 2, 1941. Emigrated to London, Ontario from England in 1952, settling in Stratford from 1971-2008. She got great enjoyment from knitting outfits for the young ones of her family, as well as Birthright & the church bazaar. Our prayer warrior is now one step closer as she brings our prayers to heaven. Friends and family will be received at John T. Donohue Funeral Home, 362 Waterloo Street at King Street, London, on Wednesday, July 8th from 2-4 and 7-9 o'clock. Mass of Christian Burial will be held at Mary Immaculate Church, 1980 Trafalgar Street, London on Thursday morning, July 9th at 11 o'clock. Prayers Wednesday afternoon at 3:30 pm. Interment in Avondale Cemetery in Stratford.
