Although I hadn't seen Aunt Betty in many years I will never forget her selflessness, her kindness, and her willingness to live and love as fiercely as she could. Aunt Betty had a way of welcoming you into her home even if she hadn't seen you in years and she always knew how to make you feel welcome and loved while in her presence. I regret I didn't see her as much as I would have liked, but I know she lived a full life shared with friends and family alike. My condolences are with the rest of her family during this time, but I know they will honour Aunt Betty the way she deserved to be honoured.

We will deeply miss Auntie Betty but will always have the memories of times past with backyard family get togethers on Vancouver St that always included "belly laughs" and Kentucky Fried Chicken. For years as a kid, I thought that's all Auntie Betty and Uncle Frank could cook. Although we didn't get together often, those times were very special. Our thoughts and prayers are with my cousins in this time, Paul and Judy, Gary and Marg and their families. Love to all. Laurie and Don
