Dear Michael and the enitre Daglish family, Please accpet my heartfel condolonces for the passing of Bill. He was a gentleman and a pioneer of the Volkswagen buisness in Canada. I had the pleasure of hosting Bill in Germany when he was presented with the Diamond Pin award in 1999, the ultimate award of achievement in the Volkswagen family. I will always remember that trip with fondness and recall how proud he was of that award and how he carried himslef. Our company is strong today because of the contribution that Bill and his fellow pioneers made to Volkswagen Canada over the years. May he rest in peace.

Dear Frank, Frannie, Peter and Michael, We were deeply saddened to receive the news of your father's death. He must have been devastated after his beloved Marianne died. We have many happy memories of your parents, and the four of you, in Longboat Key, and in Weimar Michael. We can still picture your parents on their daily walk along the shores of the Gulf of Mexico. I don't think they ever missed a day. Your father was a charming and very interesting man and you never left his company without something new to think about. He truly loved life and it was contagious. He will be sadly missed. Bob and Pat Green

Bill Dalglish served as a wonderful a powerful role model not only for Volkswagen dealers in Canada and around the world but also for caring and ethical business leaders and for great people everywhere. Perhaps without knowing the impact he had, Bill was a great teacher through his actions and the examples set. With greatest respect fred Member of the VW family 1968-1994 and beyond Fred Dubee, Heinola, Finland
