Obituary of Shirley Elizabeth Robson

ROBSON, Shirley Elizabeth - 'The flame that burns twice as bright burns half as long.' On January 4, 2015, surrounded by family, the bright and beautiful light that was Shirley Elizabeth Robson went out. She is survived by her loving partner Charlie McKenzie, her two sons, Karl and Scott, their wives Rebecca and Zejna, her loving and former spouse Daniel Robson, and six grandchildren of whom she was, and forever will be, "well proud": Daniel, Noa, Jack, Paige, Laila and Zara. Shirley also leaves behind her sister Karina Marlow and brother-in-law Ray, her beloved nephew Gary Hadfield and his wife Josette, her great nephew Cameron and a great number of truly wonderful friends. Visitors will be received at JOHN T. DONOHUE FUNERAL HOME , 362 Waterloo Street at King Street, on Friday, January 16th from 2-4 and 7-9 o’clock, with a funeral service to follow on Saturday afternoon, January 17th at 2 o’clock. A private Interment at Woodland Cemetery will follow at a later date.
