Obituary of Siobhan Czuczman

CZUCZMAN, Hanna "Siobhan" (nee O'Donnell) Peacefully at University Hospital on December 12th 2014 in her 88th year. Siobhan was born in Tralee, County Kerry, Ireland. Beloved wife of Gerard for 55 years. Cherished mother of Paul (Maureen) of Port Elgin, Barbara (Fred) of San Francisco, Mary (Tony) of Tillsonburg, and David (Jill) of Whitby. Loving Nana to Mark, Kevin, and Luke Czuczman; Connor and John Abbott; Matthew (Nichole), Rebecca, Bruce and David Hietkamp; Ben and Amy Czuczman. Great-nana to Keith. Predeceased by her siblings Sonny, Billy, Kathleen and Eleanor. Survived by her sisters in Ireland, Philomena and Tessie, along with many nieces and nephews. Visitors will be received at the John T. Donohue Funeral Home, 362 Waterloo Street at King Street on Tuesday, December 16th from 7 until 9 o'clock. Funeral Mass at St. Andrew the Apostle Church, 1 Fallons Lane, London, on Wednesday afternoon at 1:30. Interment in St. Peter's Cemetery, London. Prayers Tuesday evening at 7:30.
