Just heard of Jim's passing, and had to send a brief note to you all. I work for & with Jim, Brian, David & Linda, some 18+ years ago, in the Sarnia store-Universal Ignition, and have many warm & fun memories. My how time flies. I've often thought of Jim & his family over the years, & it always brought a smile to my heart, & will always remember our great Christmas parties, and learning how to bet on the horses at the Top of the Fair.Jim gave all his employees some Christmas cash to bet with.As I re-call I did quite well that night for not knowing too much. Please accept my deepest sympathy. RIP Jim.

Thanks for some really good memories growing up....like sitting around a campfire down in Ipperwash ont at Jims cottage with Uncle Jim strumming an accoustic guitar....one song that stayed with me is one where he would sing to each one of us ( and there was alot of us) individually and move around to everyone....one long continuous song....something like "I know a boy and his name is Johnny...hey ladi ladi la" and so on.....and one other imbedded memory of uncle Jim is he alway drove a cadillac....nice ride.....I'm positive there is a brand new Caddy waiting for him up there
