Obituary of Thomas William Bird

BIRD, Tom - Passed away peacefully on Monday evening October 6, 2014, Tom Bird age 86 years. Dear husband of Joan (nee Greco) Bird. Loving father, grandfather and great-grandfather of Jeffrey (Nancy) Bird and their children, Andrew (Jackie) and Michael (Julie); Paula (Bruce) Ballingall and their children, Jeff (Meg) Ballingall and Janna (Alex) Dilts and their children, Owen and Ruby; and Tim (Sharon) Bird and stepson, Aaron (Sarah) Forbes. Dear brother of Dorothy McQuat (late Jim), Robert Bird (Judy). Predeceased by his siblings, Don Bird (late Joan), and Margaret Earle. Dear brother-in-law of John Earle. Also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and Sophie dog. Visitors will be received at JOHN T. DONOHUE FUNERAL HOME , 362 Waterloo Street at King Street, on Saturday, October 25, 2014 from 2-4 and 7-9 o’clock, with words of remembrance at 3 and 8 o’clock.
