We were very sorry to hear about Toni. I know it was her time but difficult to loose someone you love. We always had fond memories of her. She was always an advocate for Bobby so that endeared her to us. She was so much fun in the years we lived in London. We shared many meals, a few cocktails, and lots of laughter at Bob and Carmie's on Finch. She made great butter tarts, loved her children and appreciated anything her family did for her...We will be thinking of you tomorrow.
Our sincere sympathy.
Love
Rosemary and Terry Thorne

I remember when we were little, my brother and sister and I used to pretend to be sick at school just so we could go spend the day with Grandma and Grandpa! Grandma and grandpa lived across the street from our elementary school and would come and pick us up and bring us back to their house where we would spend the day enjoying Grandma's yummy baked goods and playing cards!

Not many grandchildren are so lucky to have had a grandmother that lived to be 100 years old! We will miss you lots but know that you are in a happy place now with all of your precious loved ones. Grandma was such a wonderful grandmother and I will always be grateful for the extra love and care she showed me when I was in university and came for "study sessions" at her and grandpa's house. She will always be my favourite "euchre teacher" and I will treasure the Sunday night visits with her and Grandpa where we had so much fun cheering on the Leafs and even watching bull riding together! Nobody will ever be able to make jam and oatmeal cookies like Grandma did or grow such beautiful roses. She always cared for others above herself and now we hope that she is at rest and at peace.
Love Forever

Toni was probably one of the BEST bakers I have ever known. Shs always made sure to tell me when I was doing it wrong. LOL. I learned how to cream, sift, and bake and other neat tricks from her. She also loved her family fiercely. She loved looking at photos of them. Her grandchildren were her pride and joys.
Thinking of you all at this time!
