We had some good chats and she told lots of stories, some historical. For example, she survived the Knights of Columbus fire in Newfoundland years ago and her name is even in a book about it. She also served in the military. We shared some good times at the parties in our back yard with Marg and Uncle Al.

She was a lady who enjoyed a good game of euchure, a smoke and a good stiff drink but had a soft heart even when you thought you were going to get both barrels when you did wrong She enjoyed a good laugh and I will miss her but will remember the good times we all had with her and Uncle Al hugs
