Cherished brother of Cathy Ballem, George Fitzpatrick Jr. and his wife Matilde and Anna Marie Smith (Frank Santini). Proud uncle of Amy (Eric) Luyben, Ashley (Mike) Vance, Sara (Tom) Moniz, Sheena and Sean Fitzpatrick, Brittany, Jacqueline and Taylor Smith. Dear nephew of Kathleen Umbach (Ed), Mary Catherine Gillen, James Kendellen and Doug Dunn. Predeceased by his aunts and uncles Helen Hartman (Herbie), Anne Marie Flynn (Jerry), Evelyn Kendellen, Noreen German (Al), Eugene, Joseph (Margaret), John, James (June) and Tom Gillen, Edith McLeod, Theresa Dunn, Kay Rich (Ed), Mildred Holmes (Russell), Sister Loretta Gillen, R.P.B, and Helen Gillen. Visitors will be received at John T. Donohue Funeral Home, 362 Waterloo Street at King Street, London, on Tuesday 2-4 and 7-9 o'clock. Funeral Mass will be held at St. Michael's Church, 511 Cheapside Street, London, on Wednesday morning at 11 o'clock. Donations to the Lung Association would be appreciated.
