Obituary of Maria Lourdes Bezzina

Bezzina, Maria Peacefully at home surrounded by her family on Friday, May 30th, 2014, Maria L. Bezzina (Ebejer) in her 92nd year. Beloved wife of the late Joseph Bezzina (2013). Loving mother of Rita Christie (Ron), Monica McKee, Teresa Wilson (Tony) (both predeceased), Amadea Bezzina (predeceased), Gerry Bezzina (Vi), Alex Bezzina (Mary Brigid), Amadea Ewer (George), Jane Myers (Joe), Joe Bezzina (Lorie) and Cecilia Stephen (Tim). Dear grandmother of 22 grandchildren and 15 great grandchildren. Dear sister of Carmelo, Fr. Amadeo, Josey and Joe Doublett. Maria loved God, her Guzi, her family, her Maggie and her baking. She will be fondly remembered by her extended family and friends. A heartfelt thank you to Dr. Kirk Hamilton and the CCAC Palliative Care Team for their wonderful care of mom. Visitors will be received at the John T. Donohue Funeral Home, 362 Waterloo Street at King Street, London on Tuesday, June 3rd from 6-9 o'clock. Funeral Mass at St. Justin's Catholic Church, 855 Jalna Blvd on Wednesday, June 4th at 10 o'clock. Interment will be in St. Peter's Cemetery.
