Dad it will soon be a year that you have passed. I still can't believe that you have been gone so long. I miss talking to you and listening to your stories. I have so many wonderful memories of you and of growing up in a loving family. You were the best dad and always put our family first. You sacrificed so much for us and for that I thank you. I watched you take care of mom when she was sick and saw just how strong a person you were. You took such great care of her and I knew then what a special dad I had. I know how much you missed mom and I am glad that you are finally able to be with her. I wish both you and mom could still be here to watch the kids grow up and see how our family has grown. I think of you and mom everyday and I will always think of you both everyday. You both are in my heart and I thank you for bringing me up to be a warm loving person. Because of you I am who I am. Dad
I will always remember you wrapping me up in my blanket and driving me to zio's house every morning when I was little. You always let me sleep and made sure that the car was running and was warm. You made the best soft boiled eggs ever for Fred and I and the best bacon and eggs. You were a warm, kind gentle dad who loved us to no end. You taught me to ride my bike and then taught me how to drive a car. You were full of patience and for that I thank you. You sacrified so much for us to have a better life. I miss hearing your stories of Italy and growing up - you remembered so much and always shared wonderful memories with us. I know how much you missed mom, as we did, but you tried to fill the void when she passed and you did a good job. I will miss making sauce and especially zippoli at Christmas time with you. You kept our traditions going and I love you for that. Nothing in my world will ever be the same without you and mom here. Nothing! I will always strive to be a better person because of the way you and mom taught me. You both taught us to love and respect all our family and be thankful for the love of family around us. Even though almost two months have passed I still feel your presence and think I will walk into your house and you will be sitting there at the kitchen table having lunch. How I miss those days and taking you shopping, when you would always buy too much and always make me take some home. You or mom were never a burden to me - you were both a blessing and I don't regret the time I spent with both of you. Both you and mom will live on in my heart forever. Not a day goes by that I don't think of both you!

I always remember uncle Frank being at nonno and nonna's house. I'd run home after school and see his car in the driveway. I honestly think he was there everyday. Uncle Frank would always call me "Pamelada," I can still hear it and it brings a smile to my face. May the memories of uncle Frank help you find peace as they do for me in such a difficult time.
